Audi TT RS 8S Front Hood Exhaust with inst. Frame

We know that you had to wait a long time for it, but the Carbon Fiber Front Hood Exhaust for the Audi TTRS 8S finally arrived!

It is now also available for those who want to save significant costs on the factory Performance Hood, but want to
have the same appearance! Our solution allows everyone to install the Carbon Fiber Front Hood Exhaust in their own Hood!
All you have to do is cut the Hood along the contour line of the carbon fiber part and glue it from the side of the engine compartment.
For cutting, we send a 2D drawing in .dxf format, which makes cutting much easier, as the easiest way is to cut the Hood with a laser-
or a water jet machine. The mounting frame, which is our own development, serves as a gluing surface and allows the carbon fiber
Front Hood Exhaust to be recessed into the plane of the bonnet. The weave alignment is parallel to the direction of travel, so it does
not break the unity of appearance at all.

Both the Front Hood Exhaust and the Installation Frame are made out of 100% Carbon Fiber.

FAQ

    - Is the Front Hood Exhaust an OEM Audi Sport Performance Part? – No, it isn't. We reconstructed it in our workshop to form a unit with
      the Installation Frame
    - Do I have to paint my Front Hood after cutting it? – Yes, you have to, because there will be a sharp cutting edge after you let it cut.
      It doesn’t depend on the technology you are using
    - What is exactly the content of the offer? – A Front Hood Exhaust with Installation Frame (made out of 100% genuine carbon fiber)
    - Does it also include the glue which I have to use to bond the part to the Front Hood? – No, it doesn’t. You can simply use
      a polyurethan based glue or similar. We are happy to give you an advice what you should be using!
    - Does the Front Hood Exhaust come clearcoated? – Yes! The Front Hood Exhaust is finished with a high gloss clearcoat, but the
      installation frame (what you don’t see after having installed) is only sanded to make a strong bonding surface with the adhesive.

The components are made of ultra-high-quality carbon fiber (fabric structure matches that of the performance parts from AUDI).
The multilayered, high gloss, UV-stabile clearcoating results in a perfect finish.

The package contains:
    - Front Hood Exhaust 100% made out of Carbon Fiber
    - Installation Frame (it is bonded together with the hood exhaust)
    - 2D file in dxf format to cut your hood directly for example with water jet, or to make a template if you want to cut it manually.

We would like to point out that we only use carbon fiber (CF) or carbon fiber PrePreg (CF PrePreg) in the  production.
No original parts are subsequently laminated with carbon, as is too often offered on the market!
